Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your Port Independent orders. That’s why we give you 28 days for a full refund on any unworn or faulty items. Just post it back to us with your invoice inside, noting any issue or faults with the item. Worn items which aren’t faulty will not be accepted. Once we’ve received your return, we will then refund it to you via the original method of payment. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
